Hello there. Welcome to my first Simbi Service!
The first time I had Sushi as a child, I was a little weirded out. I looked down, uncertain of what I was about to eat. I look over and ask, "Dad, why is my fish raw?". He replies, "Son, just try it, you might like it". Hesitant, I try to decide which to eat first. After a few seconds, I notice one on my plate seemed to have a tail. Shrimp! Hell yeah. I knew I liked shrimp, so I chose to start there. Also, slightly new to chopsticks, I struggle to pick it up. This wasn't going well. Being the guy I am, I drop the chopsticks, scooped the roll up with my hand, and tossed it into my mouth. Damn. I didn't realize how large the roll was and now have chipmunk cheeks. Quick scan of the room, no one is looking, I'm safe. I chew and chew, finally getting the roll down. Boom! That was it, I was hooked.
I will show you how to make your own SUSHI rolls at home. As well as instruction on how to prepare proper Sushi rice. I would be happy to prepare any rolls not on my list, just let me know! Some ingredients may be more difficult to acquire.

Process: You contact me . We decide what we will make together . We determine what day will work best for us . I will put together an estimate on cost . We each will pay 1/2 . I will purchase the necessary ingredients . We meet up and have a great time!
