From start to finish, your massage therapy goals are my goals. From pain relief to flexibility, relaxation to rejuvenation, a Therapeutic Massage Session with me will help ready your mind for the month ahead.
I have 11 years of experience, countless hours of continuing education in the field, and am a second-generation massage therapist (my mother is a retired massage therapist.)
On site work is available for the individual, or a small office staff of 5 (chair massage.) Treatments include set-up, a warmed table, fresh linens, hypoallergenic massage cream, soothing music, pressure and temperature adjusted to your needs, and a non-intimidating, relaxing and compassionate massage, aftercare and treatment plan development.
I specialize in treatment of healed, but chronic whiplash injuries, Carpal Tunnel and Thoracic Outlet Syndromes, hip and sciatic pain, athletes, and those with complications of both seated and incredibly active overuse injuries on the job.

Chiropractic clinic experience as a massage therapist for 2 years.
Sports massage, sport injury, chronic pain and Neuromuscular Therapy training completed.
Pharmacology and treatment plan training completed.
Whiplash, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, scalenus antics syndrome, thoracic outlet, and sciatica-specific training, knowledge and experience.
Nearly a decade of offering Therapeutic Massage in the Spa setting, blending beauty and comfort with science and thoughtful methodology.
