I am a skilled home cook with a background in restaurant cooking as well. I can help with cooking lessons and meal planning. Italian, Mediterranean, Americana, French and some Asian styles. Also appetizer and party food lessons and planning.
Training & Qualifications
10 yrs as a head line chef, 20 as the working mother of 6 children and a large family. Frequent parties. I cook, I bake, I create recipes.
