I will help you to improve your body power. The key is to develop a strong core. This also helps to keep you from injuries.
It doesn't matter if you're overweight and out of shape or if you're physically fit and want more. Maybe you're somewhere in between?

I have trained in MMA and Muay Thai.

Training & Qualifications
I am MMA trained. I'm also 50 years old so no need to be intimidated. I own and operate a small farm so I understand the need to be fit.
