Brainstorm of Ideas to Help Hunger

Hi - wanted to brainstorm with people about an app that we might create that would help distribute food to people who are hungry. The idea is based off the insta-cart website that delivers groceries for you and does it for a fee of 10 dollars. Basically this app will make a registery of people who need x-tra food due to whatever circumstances and database of possible food donaters like households, grocery stores. It would employ or have volunteer drivers that would pick up and deliver the food! -
let me know if you guys have any idea if this exists already, or how to create it, or if you guys want to try to do a proto-type. Its not a cause that I have actually thought about a lot but for some reason the idea comes, so I wanted to see if you guys could help guide it !
