Greetings! I am a life enthusiast. I love living to the fullest, and I want others to experience what it feels like to tap into their inner wisdom and beauty and achieve deeper levels of harmony wit...h themselves and their environment. I have had a lot of different experiences from visiting eco-villages, organic farming, herbalist internships, and even working with an amazing indigenous culture of South America. These experiences did not come as a result of a privileged life, but coming from a troubled past I developed a sheer determination to find and inspire the beauty the world has to offer. A few of my passions are spiritual ecology, kundalini yoga, organics, and natural health. I have trained in conflict resolution, spiritual development, herbalism, women's medicine, indigenous philosophies, life-coaching, personal training, nutrition, yoga, meditation, heart centered living, negativity clearing, organic farming, medicine making, healthy cooking, aromatherapy, shamanic healing, sacred sexuality, and holistic pre-med.
