I will install wordpress, select a responsive template that meets your design needs, and customize it for you. Initial set up and minor custimization (such as logo upload, tweak colors, set up main menu etc) takes roughly an hour.
Pay for as much customization as you like, up to a 100% custom built e commerce website using top plugins, and the safest payment gateway available.
