I am currently attending college full time so my schedule is pretty flexible. I'm a quilter and I'm known to get crafty beyond just the quilts. I also follow a strict plant based diet (vegan diet, but I'm a herbivore, no pushy vegan attitude here). I'm in it for the health so although Oreo cookies are vegan, most everything I cook is straight from the plants and I love surprising people with how good plants can taste.
