I offer herbal, nutritional, and lifestyle consultation for folks in the Boulder, CO area. I prefer to take local clients. However, I will occasionally consider exceptions.
While the breadth of my practice is expansive, I particularly specialize in holistic methods, intention-setting practices, and dietary adjustment. My herbal formulations focus on supporting and catalyzing the body's own innate healing functions.

A note for interested body workers..... I would ideally love a set up in which I might be able to trade services on a regular basis (i.e., something along the lines of an hour appointment + recommendations/formulation/supplements in exchange for 90 minutes of massage, monthly.)

Training & Qualifications
I am a Student Clinician at The Evergreen Center in Boulder, CO. I have completed approximately 900 on-site classroom hours of Medical Herbalism training through a program approved and regulated by the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Private Occupational School Board. Certification in Fundamentals of Medical Herbalism and Advanced Medical Herbalism both achieved. I also continually attend workshops and conferences to hone specific areas of expertise. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health as well.
