I can provide you with a personalized work out routine for full body work out and an Ab Challenge work out. Also includes 1 HIIT 60min routine. This can be mailed or emailed to you along with a basic diet guideline. (I normally charge $100 flat rate for this) This routine will have each day exactly maped out for what you need to do each day with a list of exercises. Just follow the routine and start loseing weight and feeling healthy.

I am a AFPS certified Personal Trainer. I specalize in womens health and postpartum routines. I have been training others to achieve their fitness goals for over for 2 years.
