I will provide a home demonstration of milk kefir fermentation, outlining the basics of milk kefir fermentation and provide recipes.
I will awnser questions about milk kefir fermentation and how to use and consume milk kefir.
When available, I will provide a small sample of kefir grains to take home. (In Person Only)
Training & Qualifications
I ferment milk kefir in my own home and eat or drink it daily.
