Want to learn how to bake but everything seems so complicated? Does a simple box mix give you anxiety and turns out burnt or undercooked? Think you can never make cookies for a bake sale or have dessert assigned to you for a potluck?
I can help! I will teach you the basics of baking and dessert creation and provide a tried and true recipe that utilizes the new skills you will acquire! Baking can be a new thing you can do when you thought it never would be!
Video chat prefered but can accommodate some local requests where we bake an item in your home with your ingredients. Ingredient and tool lists will be sent before the session.

Training & Qualifications
I have been baking since I was five years old. I was taught both by tradition and pastry chefs in my family. I make desserts for most events and parties I go to and have frequent requests for my recipes and goods from friends.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free in the evenings and some times during the day.
