Lights up, timer works, replaced the mode switch with the same wiring as it was originally, but still, only the convection fan blows, the heating elements don't work. So probably needs the thermostat repaired, unless the replacement mode switch is bad too? Thermostat doesn't seem like a replaceable part. Will settle with rewiring it so there's a constant amount of watts that go into the elements when the timer & fan are on.
Will lend multimeter, AC voltage detector, infrared thermometer, and stocked toolbox.
