15-minute Yoga Breathing Exercise

The breathing exercises taught through yogic traditions (pranayama), have benefits recognized throughout western medicine. Learn to access tools that will allow you to adjust your own Heart Rate Variability (HRV). In each session I will walk you through the basics of the practice, centering, setting an intention for the practice, 1-2 breathing exercises (depending on time & questions), and space to reflect on the benefits of the breathing exercises. I will guide you through some different pranayama techniques to help prepare you for meditation.
