Mandala Matrix Session
50
Inspired by research in the fields of Contextual Behavioral Science and Nature and Forest Therapy, The Mandala Matrix is a process to re-organize and recalibrate our thinking around any issue or question we face. This one-hour guided session supports emotional regulation, a sense of coherence, and trains the brain to strengthen positive neural pathways toward the lives we hope for.
Training & Qualifications
I hold a Master in Public Health Education, with a decade of experience working in classrooms teaching communication and design-thinking. I am a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide and trained as a Prosocial Facilitator. The Prosocial methodology is based on Contextual Behavioral Science (CBS) principles and the evolutionary science of cooperation. The Mandala Matrix was inspired by the popular CBS tool called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which has been found to increase psychological flexibility and therefore, through a simple mental model, better move toward what we want and reduce the suffering we can attach to pain.
