Are you trying to learn Spanish? We can all hit those books until our eyes pop out but the truth is that humans learn languages in a conversational context. We point at things as say "what is that called?" Or "mommy, what is that?" No wonder people have such a hard time drilling verbs in school!
I am offering 30 min conversation sessions to a Spanish speaker of any level. Need help with vocabulary? Are you ready to start using what you've learned? Let's set up a time to relax with a cup of coffee and chat!
Training & Qualifications
I grew up in New Mexico, born into a Cuban American family so Spanish has always been a huge part of life! I spent three years in collage trying to learn from text books and then a year studying in Spain.
I made it a rule not to speak any English for one year and that's what did it! I realized that learning a language is not a technical endeavors, it's a social and emotional one!
I graduated in 2014 with a minor in Spanish from the University of New Mexico and still speak frequently with my family!
