Two years ago 30 pounds in 30 weeks by myself, and I've kept the weight off since. In the process of deciding what would work for me, I learned so much about losing weight: the details of what's happening to your body during weight loss, a bunch of tips and tricks that I can tailor to your needs and explain to sufficient detail, and what it takes to lose the weight. I'm no expert but I can help guide you through and help you become a healthier you! P.S. I don't "fat-shame" - healthy looks different for everyone.
