I'm looking for a personal trainer or experienced gym goer to accompany me to the gym and check my form on a variety of exercises. I'm new to fitness and worried about injuring myself. I'd need someone to watch me to the exercises and give me suggestions on improving/perfecting my form, and giving me feedback on how to activate the right muscle groups.
Exercises include:
- Pushup
- Plank
- Dumbbell Squat
- Goblet Squat
- Stiff-legged Dumbbell Deadlift
- Dumbbell Overhead Press
- Dumbbell Bench Press
- Dumbbell One-Arm Bent-Over Row
I don't need consistent personal training or motivation, just need to know what to do so I don't hurt myself.
