While ruthlessness and blunt honesty tend to make life difficult, one thing's for certain: anything that remains is gold. If you're not sure why your idea/ creation isn't doing what you want it to, I'd be more than happy to point it out to you. If you need a pat on the back after, that'll run you extra.
