We will discuss what a business strategy is, and not what it is not.
We will use several strategy analysis tools.
We will answer critical questions as to where your business is competing and how.
and, we will leave with a confident plan for you to take into business today.
Our main tool will be using A.G. Lafley and Roger Martin's book, "Playing to Win", as a guide for strategy development.
Training & Qualifications
I am a third year Business Management Major who is ecstatic about Strategy, Human Resource, Marketing and Leadership aspects of business and life. I am a avid read of current and past books with a well-rounded knowledge on these topics.
Availability & Preferences
Mon Evenings, Tues/Thurs all day. *Not Wednesday*, Friday and Saturday all day generally. Please arrange in advance.
