Story idea expansion

I am very good at coming up with story ideas out of nowhere, as well as expanding upon them. I would be willing to Skype with someone to talk about a story idea that they have, come up with new arcs and characters, as well as discuss possible twists and lore of the story. We could also talk about other things pertaining to the story. I find I accidentally come up with parts of characters backstories when I either am talking about something arbitrary, or if the right question is asked. I hope to make other people's stories better this way.
I'm also bilingual, so if someone needs help with a French, or even English and French story, then all the better. We would be able to make a bilingual story, and if I'm being honest, that idea seems awesome. However, whatever story you need, that's what I'll help with.
Training & Qualifications
I intend to go to school for screenwriting, and I'm considering directing as well, other than having actually wrote a script and working on more, I do not have any actual work experience in the media industry. However, my mind tends to wander, and out of the blue, I'll suddenly come up with ideas for parts of a story, or a new story all together. I do have a french high school diploma, however, so I am bilingual, which can help out a lot.
Availability & Preferences
I usually don't work Sunday or Tuesday, so I'll usually be free all day then. I get home from work at 3 on Monday, Thursday and Saturday, so that's when I'm available those days, and on Friday, I get home at 5ish.
