I fabricate, assemble, and repair parts of multiple materials by operating mechanical equipment. I am familiar with blueprints/GD&T and can interpret and translate design sketches to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product. I have nearly a decade of experience working with the many different materials. I am familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures related to high tech manufacturing and its adjacent industries. I use a combination of experience and judgment to plan and accomplish small jobs and wide projects. I am often called on to direct and lead the work of others, and I have a high success rate when working with teams under my direction. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required in both working with parts and people. I prefer to work with supervisors that are direct, professional, and value the work that is done by others to accomplish the mission of the company, not just the bottom line.
"In addition to being hard working and detail oriented, Adam has a great attitude and is a pleasure to work with. Upon joining Primus he quickly came up to speed and adapted to new parts, new materials and new teammates. He shows an interest in the purpose behind the part and not just the dimensions on the print, making him a great source of feedback for design for manufacturing. I would not hesitate to recommend Adam for any prototype machinist position." -Peter Tennessen Senior Design Engineer at Primus Power
