Everything with hula hooping builds off of waist hooping. Before you contact me, you should be able to waist hoop for 1 minute.
I will teach you weaving, how to switch directions on you waist, and possibly one other trick depending on how quickly you pick up.
Training & Qualifications
I've been hula hooping for 1 year now. I bring my hoop with me EVERYWHERE. 😄
