Hello!

My passion is helping people as an intuitive, co-creative healer. I'm also the creator of "The Empath Energy Experiment."

I live a holistic lifestyle and have a professional practice as a heart-based, coach & bodywork professional, helping women make room for more joy by releasing painful feelings with body-based and energy-based techniques.

My life hasn't always been easy or happy. I've experienced a lot of grief, loss, and made a few big mistakes including a wasband (former husband). I joined and left a cult religion. My Father and a surrogate Dad both died from heart attacks. Two of my closest friends took their own lives. I joke that in this life, I opted for the advanced courses in family dysfunction. My family practices shunning and “splitting” and I'm on the outs.

Despite these past tumultuous events, I'm mostly happy these days. I strive each day to live in my truth and reach for more joy.

My friends say... I'm the least judgmental person they know. (How can I judge when I've been through so much?) They also say... I'm a very peaceful person to be around and feel calmer from being near me. I hear this all the time, so I'm just repeating what I hear. LOL!

I live with my husband and our furry feline kids. I love soul connections and being part of giving tribes of people. I value friendship, community, and authenticity.

You could say I'm also a healer-preneur. I've learned how to complete my own techie chores, developing my websites, doing my marketing and SEO work for my business. These are the surprising, modern life skills one acquires when they choose to be self-employed.

In my downtime from working with clients; I make crazy balloon animals and arches. My exciting life!
