The hardest part of goal-setting is usually that people aim too high and get frustrated, or aim too low and get bored. During this session, I would help you find that middle ground where success grows! You will send me a goal you have (to lose weight, to work more efficiently, to clean your house, etc.) and a little bit about some obstacles you feel you're coming up against in meeting that goal. In return, I'll send you back a detailed report on how to break down the goal to make it SMART, and specific ways you can combat some of those obstacles your're encountering.
Training & Qualifications
I am a peer educator at my university, and have taken multiple courses and completed certification programs specifically guided towards helping people set goals that are realistic and attainable. I am also a resident assistant and have spent countless hours helping people come up with workable solutions that are achievable but still a challenge.
