I have 10 years of technical experience in design and implementation of networks and systems and have been a part of small and large organizations for a diverse background. I can simplify a companies infrastructure to maximize space and growth potential, for example, at a previous job I used virtualization on our infrastructure and moved it to an off site data center saving roughly 70% of the current production costs we were spending.
Systems Architecture (including DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, GPO) , VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco, Project Management, Data Center Migrations, Security
I have worn many hats such as problem solver, purchaser, designer, researcher, project manager to name a few. Any day that I can combine two or more of the above skills is a day I consider to be a great day. While I love to play with and incorporate technology wherever and whenever I can, I don't like to be pigeon holed into any specific role. I love to get up and do something about a problem rather than sit behind a desk all day. This is one reason I compare my love for the outdoors with my professional career. It is constantly expanding and I will never give up trying.
