Hi - this is a very interesting book. Basically what happens is around age two or so the author's child begins to develop symptoms of autism, and becomes non-verbal. For years they try communication methods with him with not much luck, until they encounter a new method that they try. Via this method Josiah surprises Tahni (his mom), with writing a sentence unexpectedly, that is filled with spiritual wisdom. She is amazed that he can communicate , and from that point Josiah has been writing unexpected things .
Some of the highlights are his quotes about how heaven is like a schoolroom. His description of the Holy Spirit, Son and Father, talking about how Abraham Lincoln was one of his teachers as well as the angel that worked with Abraham Lincoln.
Basically- I believe this book can expand your faith no matter what it is!
I also love how this boy is chosen for this task, showing that God can work through those with autism, and in mysterious ways as well...
