Do you feel lonely? Unfortunately, it's getting more common in our society. More people now report having no confidants. People are becoming lonelier today even with technologies that supposedly connect us, myself included. As common as it is though, lonely people usually feel alone (well, of course).
So if you feel lonely (whether sometimes, all the time, a little bit, or extremely), we can talk about it to try to understand it and even ease it. Or we could just have a chat and talk about anything (within reason). It probably won't take away all of your loneliness, but simply talking to someone might help ease it, if only for a little while.
If you're lonely (whether you feel it constantly or it just visits you sometimes, during quiet moments) or feel that you don't have strong social relationships, for whatever reason, please feel absolutely free to message me. It might help you, and it might help me too.
ALSO, if you just want to discuss loneliness with me (l'm sure most people get excited by this), please feel free to message me as well. I would love to talk and learn more about it.
Training & Qualifications
I'm not a professional, just someone who wants to ease loneliness in myself and others and improve each other's social support.
I'm understanding and patient. I know how it feels to be some type of lonely. I've felt loneliness in my life and it still hits me. I realize I've accepted it as just a part of my life indefinitely or forever. But after reading about how it can be as bad for your health as smoking and drinking (1), I wanted to fight this (I'm taking care of myself, why should I go down for something that I didn't choose!) and help others as well.
