Going vegan or vegetarian has it's challenges but it's a rewarding way to live. I want to help share that with you!
I was the first one in my social group and family to go vegan and even though I felt alone at times, you won't have to feel that way. And it started a positive ripple effect.
My best friend is now vegetarian and now our siblings and husbands are cutting back their animal consumption too. You don't have to make this change alone, like I did. I'm here to teach you what I've learned during the past four years as a vegan and animal lover. And to help you do it your way so you can have a longer, stronger positive impact on the world through your every day choices.
