Lucid Dreaming Training
I'll coach you in lucid dreaming; the scientifically proven ability to be fully aware while dreaming and control the content of your dreams.
My approach is focused on getting you results. I'll give you detailed instructions for a daily practice that got me from having ZERO lucid dreams to having multiple every night. We’ll start with a live intro to lucid dreaming by video chat (your choice of individually or in a small group) and follow up with individual progress checks.
This session is interactive, so it’s required that you show up on time and participate. You will be able to ask questions.
Students who complete the session will have access to an exclusive Facebook group to continue their practice with like-minded people.

Wednesdays: 11a PST/ 2p EST
Tuesday Evenings: 6p PST/ 9p EST
Sundays: 12p PST/ 3p EST

Training & Qualifications
When I was 19 I trained myself to lucid dream frequently so that I could eat all the junk food I love in my dreams, while eating a strict raw paleo diet in the physical world. To this day I still use lucid dreaming to eat junk food but I've explored many other applications for lucid dreaming. I want to share lucid dreaming with more people.
I founded and ran Dream Hackers Club at Chicago's hackerspace Pumping Station One, a club that explored how technology could be used in conjunction with dreaming. Later, I co-ran the Chicago Lucid Dreamers Meetup group for some time where I conducted a weekly lucid dreaming book club and workshop. I'm currently developing two lucid dreaming related products.
Availability & Preferences
Very flexible, but my preference is 10am eastern to 9pm most days.
