I recently started a podcast called Cracking the Cocoon (http://embraceyourpassion.co/podcast-2)- it focuses on personal development and practical advice provided in a conversational format. I am doing my best to keep it under 20 minutes an episode so they can be quick, uplifting and educational bites for listeners.

The only exceptions are "Dear Butterfly" segment (a la Dear Abby) and when I start having guests on. Though I plan to break those episodes up a bit as well to keep it shorter.

I've already got it up on iTunes, GooglePlay, Stitcher, etc. Episode 4 goes up this week, and I'd really like to start driving more listeners to my podcast!

What I'm Looking for:
Any suggestions on good low/no-cost ways to do this (aside from being a guest on other podcasts and having guests on mine, since that's already in the works) would be much appreciated!
