Ecommerce Customer Service Dispute
Are you at the end of your rope over an online sales transaction? Have you already sank a substantial amount of time and sanity into trying to appease a problem customer, with no peaceful resolution in sight? Send them to me! I will mediate a dispute to the best of my ability, I have 4 years shop owner experience in Ecommerce and can help you navigate the grey area that is customer relations. I have extensive knowledge of policies, particularly through Etsy, and can help both parties find an equitable solution involving transactions over handmade items. You will need to provide screenshots of conversation, and photographic evidence of the item and or/ shipping confirmations, but I find that most times what is really needed is an impartial observer to weigh in. Please note, this is not a substitute for a lawyer's consultation in the case of an actual suit, I am in no way qualified to provide legal counsel and cannot guarantee the results of mediation. But if nothing else you can express your rage over the situation and probably feel a lot better!
