I will help you create a change in thought or behavior habits using the power of your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind directs 95-99% of our behavior, emotions and habits. During hypnosis, the body becomes relaxed and the mind gets focused on the changes you wish to create. You can think of it as a trance state where the conscious mind and subconscious mind connect so that the things you have chosen to consciously change become part of your subconscious, automatic behaviors. The subconscious works on the primitive mind survival response of fight or flight. It considers anything known as positive and anything unknown as negative. This is why it keeps us repeating behaviors; it believes it is why you have survived. In addition, the subconscious behaviors are generally formed by the time we are 7 or 8 years old which means that the majority of what we do is directed by our child-selves! PLEASE NOTE: There are many issues that can be handlesd successfully in one session.Weight Loss & Smoking Cessation take more than one session and therefore I cannot do this on SIMBI as I only do one session per month here. It is possible to do additional sessions outside of SIMBI for my regular fee. YOU MUST BE 18 or older or we need parental permission.
Training & Qualifications
I am a Certified Hypnotherapist with advanced training in Pain Management, Weight Loss, PTSD, Immune Disorders and Sports/Performance. I am quite experienced in stress and anxiety reduction, improving self-confidence, and other areas that lay the foundation for personal improvement. I am also a Certified Whole Health Educator/Coach so I am able to help people take a big-picture view of wellness in order to improve that area of their lives.
