- I also help in building healthy mental-emotional habits: specifically, mindfulness and awareness of self. This practice involves gaining clarity on core values and motivations, and learning how to be attentive to our internal state as well as looking beyond ourselves to understand the world around us.

Availability & Preferences
My schedule is very flexible, I have availability throughout the week and weekend. I am here to help you, so please tell me what time works best for you, and we can go from there.
