Capable of everything that is required of being a chef, cooking, prepping, fabricating proteins, making sauces and stocks. Apart from cooking I can give maintenance to my tools, sharpening knives to be specific.
Training & Qualifications
Currently work at the Fat Ox as lead line, use to be the sous chef at the Parlor
