Bike frame strip and re-paint

I have an old bike frame that I would like stripped of it's current paint catastrophe and re-finished. Looking for clearcoat over the raw metal for the frame, and a simple 3 color block stripe and clearcoat on the fork. I'd prefer it be done by someone with access to a good painting set-up, booth gun etc, but I'd also be happy to chat details with an experienced rattle-can wizard.
