I'll provide an original, creative, healthy (or not) personalized dinner for 2, catered specifically to the tastes of the diner. Suggested service as an interactive experience in which menu is prepped in an off-site commercial kitchen, then cooked on-site for the daters for optimum meal presentation. Full packages would include (in addition to the menu) ambient touches that easily transform any of your most familiar spaces into single-serve, intimate dining quarters that will make a lasting impression on new or long-time lovers alike.
Training & Qualifications
Previous professional experiences include casual restaurant management, private contract catering, and acting sous chef of a children's summer camp. Culinary repertoire aptly accommodates to a number of special diets, such as veganism, gluten-free, kosher, etc...
