Training & Qualifications
I am a licensed cab driver for Green Cab and I own and operate a small two-cab subsidary company called Compassion Cab. We sponsor individuals experiencing or facing homelessness into the taxi industry with paid training, loans for permits and drug testing, and subsidized cab rentals. We also offer 10% discounts up to 50% off for students, seniors, people with disabilities, Oregon Trail Card holders, and cost burdened renters.
Availability & Preferences
I only drive from 3 a.m. to 8 a.m. Monday through Thursday, but can arrange transport with my other drivers outside of this limited time frame, but they do not accept Simbi. Prices are standard Portland meter rates of $2.50 per/load, $2.60 per/mile, $30 per/hour wait time, and $1 per/extra person, before discounts for students, seniors, people with disabilities, Oregon Trail Card holders and cost-burdened renters.
