I will avg experienced "round table" type discussion, by phone/email/skype at your preference.

Foster and adoptive parent of many placements.
"Advanced"/HTP/PINS care certified.
Generally pretty smart cookie.
Availability & Preferences
Most free school hours EST, of course...other times by arrangement.
