Experience physical heali g, mental clarity and relaxation, and a greater sense of yourself as a profound being of flowing energies. Learn to move your body in slow, gentle and flowing forms that sooth the joints, increase flexibility, stamina, and patience.
Training & Qualifications
I am a meditation and yoga teacher. Personally practicing qi gong in mamy forms in classes and at home for 3 years.
