My style is very focused on efficiency of motion and real application so we will cover protecting yourself first; how to make a proper fist, alternative strikes, and footwork. Once you have a good structure we can move to more advanced training and exercise muscle memory using dummy or sparring practice, i have plenty of equipment and experience so don't hold back.
