My objective is to help brands solve problems by providing strategic direction and a design-driven approach. I help guide and execute work including research, insights development and communications while keeping clients focused on the original problem statement and ensuring proposed solutions are strategically sound. Ultimately, I am compelled by working with others to align and elevate brand experiences.
I followed an atypical path to become a brand strategist. First, I taught high school English via Teach For America and learned how to listen. Then, I studied graphic design and learned how to see. Both endeavors resulted in a foundational orientation toward empathizing with others and considering the world as they experience it.
