My sister had a fire she thought her computer would be trashed from the water but it powered on and runs windows 10 she gave me the computer but it has a virus or something it had virtual copy of windows and it will not load the app store it keeps doing stop checks and the internet keeps saying virus and windows defender says it has a Zeus virus I have the admin password for it but it says I must confirm admin identity which Microsoft password is different and her bf died in the fire so I can not get it but my sister wants all her photos off it so can not wipe it
