If you're having technical issues, I'll be glad to assist. Will perform basic PC\Server Maintenance\Repair, Upgrades, network changes, etc.
Will setup new network devices (Tablets, phones, routers, switches, you name it) per your standard and document the entire process for your records.
Not shy to enterprise level hardware, I can handle server migrations (new hardware, to new platforms, mail servers, etc), network maintenance, account creations, etc. Diagnosing storage solutions such as LSI MegaRAID, NIMBLE, QNAP, and other SAN and directly attached storage mediums.
I also specialize in the SmarterTools line of products and can work with you to setup mail server solutions, helpdesk solutions, and statistical website analytics.
Training & Qualifications
I've worked for over 13 years in the IT industry and currently provide support for Windows Server 2012 R2 servers running a variety of mail server platforms, IIS, MSSQL, and MultiPath IO.
