I will come to you and make you a some delicious Mulled wine (also known as Gluhwein, Glogg, or Glintwein), which is a traditional European spiced hot wine.
-or- I can walk you through the process remotely, and help you get the proper ingredients and proportions yourself
I will provide all of the spices, fruits, and teas, you will just provide the base wine (I can help you pick something cheap that will work well), and a vessel to heat it in such as a large stock pot or slow cooker.
Mulled wine can be served immediately for a party, or bottled and re heated as necessary
I am also familiar with several regional types of mulled wine, and can help you if you're looking for a specific style, or just make a modern version.
I am willing to travel most places on the north side of chicago or anywhere that is reasonably close to public transportation
Training & Qualifications
I am a bartender and manage a craft cocktail bar in Chicago, I have been making mulled wine both for many bars, and for home use for 5 years. I have also taught multiple classes on mulled wine, and people say my mulled wine is amazing ^_^
