I will come to your home (within Edmonton, AB) and walk you through the preparation and cooking of 1 complete homestyle meal. I will provide a list of ingredients beforehand for you to pick up before our appointment based on how many people yoy wish to cook for and the meal you choose. You can select one item from each list below for your meal. I will consider reasonable substitutions.
1. Meat Dishes: Chicken fingers, fried chicken, Fried fish, broiled fish, roasted chicken, chicken wings, roast beef, roast pork, pork ribs
2. Side dishes: mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes, roasted potatoes, baked potatoes, French fries, pasta with sauce (cream or tomato based),
3. Vegetable dishes: green beans, dilled carrots, roasted root veggies, spring salad, tossed salad, corn on the cob
4. Sides/apperizers: gravy, stuffed mushrooms, biscuits, garlic cheese toast, chicken soup, seafood chowder
5. Desserts/beverages: berry tarts, ice cream sundae, coffee milkshake, fruit parfait, iced coffee, fruit salad
Training & Qualifications
I have been cooking for over 20 years and have always loved comfort foods made from real ingredients. I have worked in the fast food industry and have excellent knowledge of food safety. I take great pride in my creativity and cleanliness in the kitchen and love nothing more than sharing the joy of cooking nutritious and delicious foods.
