Do you have a dinner party planned or wanted to explore the use of unusual ingredients? If so, I will help you develop a custom recipe with instruction on proper execution.
You will receive a customized recipe based on the desired ingredients with detail instruction on how to properly execute the methods and the proper equipment needed.
If you have specific needs such as dietary, religious or personal needs (e.g., gmo free, vegan, no preservatives, gluten free) it is important that you let me know beforehand.
No ingredient combination or method restrictions! If you can dream it chances are I can turn it into something amazing and tasty. So go ahead hit me up and let’s impress you friends or expand your taste.

I have 20yrs experience as a chef. My experience is primarily in culinary research & development creating custom proprietary recipes and alternative ingredient health centric snack foods.
