-I will go through various stretches and exercises that will help enhance your performance ability in any physical activity.
-We can set up times that align with you schedule to ensure you are walked through essential warm up work outs before you go on your more strenuous workout at the gym.
-Video-conference me with any device with my video-hosting channel I will provide at your convenience. We can get some warm ups in your home or even at the gym!
Training & Qualifications
I am an ex-student athlete at a Division I track and field program. I was the captain of the sprints division of the Cornell Track and Field team, and have a plethora of knowledge when it comes to effective preparation before a tough workout. Don't take your body for granted!
