I will make a quick visual inspection of your home, review any and all documentation regarding the assets and liabilities (condition, beds/baths, location, curb appeal, loan balance, monthly payment, etc.), consider all extenuating circumstances regarding the sale of the house, and offer advice on the most reasonable approach to take, considering the current state of the market, in order to sell your property as profitably as possible for you, and as close to your preferred timeline as possible.
I will not act as a Realtor, Agent, "Finder" or any similar position. I will not oversee legal documentation, nor preside over any transactional proceedings as a part of this service. You are under no obligation to take my advice, and I accept no liability for any undesirable outcome of the sale of any property I advise on with this service.
Training & Qualifications
I have personally bought and sold over a dozen properties in the two years I have been an investor, and have learned both through traditional training and hard-earned experience what makes a house sell quickly and what make it sit vacant for years.
