I will meet with you to review and discuss any and all documentation regarding the assets and liabilities (qualification, finances, credit, bankruptcy, etc.), consider all extenuating circumstances regarding the purchase of house (desired size, neighborhood, amenities, features, etc.), and offer advice on the most reasonable approach to take, considering the current state of the market, on how to find a property within your budgetary constraints that meets the needs of your family, and as close to your preferred timeline as possible.
I will not act as a Realtor, Agent, "Finder" or any similar position. I will not oversee legal documentation, nor preside over any transactional proceedings as a part of this service. You are under no obligation to take my advice, and I accept no liability for any undesirable outcome of the purchase of any property I advise on with this service.
Training & Qualifications
I have personally bought and sold over a dozen properties in the two years I have been an investor, and have learned both through traditional training and hard-earned experience what makes a house sell quickly and what make it sit vacant for years.
